Raintree Lake HOA Board Meeting Minutes

The scheduled meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Committee was conducted on October 17th ,2023 at the clubhouse . The session started promptly at 6:30 PM with Head of the Board, Mr. David Jones, presiding over the present board members.

The board discussed several topics including the upcoming Halloween event, repairs needed to the swimming pool facilities and concerns raised by residents regarding noise ordinances.

The meeting was closed at 8:00 PM following a brief Q&A session.

Proposed Amendments to Raintree Lake HOA Bylaws

The Raintree Lake Homeowners Association shall be presenting numerous proposed amendments to the current bylaws at the upcoming monthly meeting on July 15th. These proposed changes aim to address a range of matters raised by residents, including modification of pet policies, raintree lake homeowners association and enhancement of community procedures. Residents are strongly advised to familiarize themselves with the changes prior to the meeting, as input is highly valued in shaping the future of our community.

Notice Regarding Landscape Maintenance in Raintree Lake

Dear Residents,

This announces you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are making several new initiatives designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.

Effective immediately late July, we will be implementing a revised schedule our landscape maintenance routine. This includes weekly trimming of grass areas and installation of new trees. Our dedicated team is committed to providing exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
